Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Initiative
Premises
This promotional initiative entitled “LEG’S GO 10” is promoted by the Santa Barbara Mining Trail Foundation (hereinafter “CMSB Foundation”) in order to celebrate:
the tenth anniversary of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail Foundation;
the awarding of the KOMOOT Global Choice Award 2025 to the Santa Barbara Mining Trail.
These conditions fully govern the methods of participation, use, and redemption of the vouchers included in the initiative.
The Promotional Initiative is proposed by the Santa Barbara Mining Trail Foundation, with registered office in Iglesias, operating as the managing body of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail.
The Promotional Initiative is open to all individuals, with no age or gender limits, who hold the Pilgrim Credential and/or the Card (Mìnera Card) of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail and who intend to walk the Santa Barbara Mining Trail on foot.
The Mìnera Card will be available for purchase starting in February 2026.
The initiative allows eligible participants to obtain personalized vouchers for overnight stays at Posadas and accommodation facilities partnered with the CMSB Foundation and participating in the initiative.
The Foundation makes available 2,000 overnight stays, each at the reduced cost of €10.00 per night, including a basic breakfast.
Any local tourist taxes, where applicable, are excluded and remain the responsibility of the user, to be paid directly to the accommodation facility.
Each voucher corresponds to one overnight stay (1 voucher = 1 night).
Vouchers are personal, non-transferable, non-convertible into cash, and non-refundable.
Vouchers cannot be modified once issued.
Each person may request vouchers corresponding to only one of the proposed itineraries.
At check-in, the Guest must present the voucher to the accommodation facility, which will validate it and proceed with its redemption and invalidation.
Vouchers may be requested starting from Monday, January 26, 2026, following the procedures indicated on the website www.camminominerario.it.
When requesting vouchers, the Guest may use a Credential and/or Card already in their possession.
The Guest is required to:
verify the availability of the chosen accommodation facility in advance;
request the voucher only after confirming availability.
Once the booking has been made and the voucher redeemed, no changes will be possible.
Vouchers may be used exclusively between February 10, 2026, and December 10, 2026.
Overnight stays during the following periods are expressly excluded from the initiative:
from June 10, 2026, to September 10, 2026;
April 5–6, April 24–25, April 30, and May 1, 2026.
ATTENTION: Requested vouchers will be sent by email within 5 working days.
Once the validity period has expired, vouchers may no longer be used and will not entitle the holder to any form of refund or compensation.
The Guest using the service is solely responsible toward the booked accommodation facility and for the correct use of the voucher.
By using the service, the Guest agrees to:
a) comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
b) not use the service for unlawful purposes or purposes other than those intended;
c) not cause damage to people, facilities, or property;
d) respect the rules of the host facility;
e) indemnify and hold harmless the CMSB Foundation from any liability arising from failure to comply with these conditions.
The CMSB Foundation promotes responsible and respectful enjoyment of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail. If a Traveler’s behavior causes disturbance, poses safety risks, or results in damage, the accommodation facility may require the Traveler’s immediate departure.
In such cases:
the booking may be cancelled without any right to a refund;
the CMSB Foundation shall not be required to reimburse any expenses incurred by the Traveler.
To prevent abusive or fraudulent use, as well as for organizational needs or changes in market conditions, the CMSB Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the initiative at any time, with notice published on www.camminominerario.it.
These General Conditions, the contractual relationship, and any disputes, including non-contractual ones, are governed by Italian law.
